My current wait time is approximately 8–12 weeks due to a busy order book, so please get in touch in advance if the knife is intended as a gift for a special occasion.
I personally guide each customer through every stage of the process, ensuring you have a clear understanding of exactly what you'll receive once your knife is complete.
I stand fully behind my work, and any issues will be handled promptly and professionally.
I also offer additional customisation options, such as adding initials or significant dates to the blade, transforming your knife into a lasting reminder of someone or something special. With one of my bespoke chef knives in hand, cooking becomes more than preparation — it becomes an opportunity to bring people together and create unforgettable meals and stories.

Because every knife I make is made to order and completely individual, pricing depends on the specific details of your build. Once I know the style, size and materials you have in mind, I can provide a clear and accurate quote. The easiest way to get started is to send me an email or direct message to discuss your ideas.
Alongside custom work, I also release a small number of finished knives for immediate purchase. These pieces are crafted using carefully selected materials and traditional blacksmithing techniques. Availability is limited, so once they're gone, they're gone.

We Discuss the Details
We'll go over your ideas, including your preferred timeframe and budget. From there, we'll decide on steel type, handle materials, colours, and any other details.
Deposit Payment
A deposit is required to secure your place in the queue.
Join the Queue
Once everything is approved, your knife enters the order book. Typical turnaround time is 8–12 weeks. I'll provide progress updates along the way.
Completion & Delivery
Once your knife is finished, the remaining balance is due. Your knife will then be carefully packaged and shipped with care instructions and everything you need to keep it in top condition.
